First of all, if you are a newbie, you will love some information. Read your way through the raw vegan blogs and browse some groups on facebook and ask away!

If you are just starting, you will need a lot of fruits and veggies.

For an equipment to make it easy, a simple hand-mixer will do.

Recommended breakfast: bananas (they are ripe when they start to have little brown spots) and some leafy greens

Leafy greens can be dandalion leaves or arugula or corn-salad best. But you can also take cherry tree leaves or much more (find a guide for what are good greens). Leafy greens are crucial for the body for their chlorophyll and the detoxifying qualities.

I strongly recommend to eat only three or even four hours after waking up. Your first thing should be water and when you are hidrated and feel well, you can go for your breakfast or brunch.

You can have a second meal in the afternoon or whenever you feel like it, let it be any other fruit or same as breakfast. Either make a smoothie or devour just as is. Optionally you can also eat a salad or any other vegetable you like to prepare from vegetables. (Find a variation of ideas here).

Your last evening meal if you're a newbie can or even best should first before you get used to eating all raw, consist of a warm vegetable soup or something else from gluten free starches like rice or gluten free pasta, sweet potatoes, buckwheat, what you like.

Best wishes! You can do it. You will feel gorgious. Promised.
