People who don't care for their health, often do not care much for anybody else's health either. So if you compare yourself to those who ingest dead animal parts or suck the milk that's supposed to be sucked by calves only, eat "eggs", which is the menstruation of chickens: will not be something you should compare yourself to. There are plenty of people on this earth who eat only fruit and leafy greens and thrive. If you have an illness, basically it is the minimum you can do for your body that you give it the best quality of food and do not further ingest anything that is not the maximum optimum regarding food. See, there is a lot we can not do because of law, social obligations or any other inhibiting factor, but as of now chosing the best possible food for yourself is free, and friend, if you're not gonna take this chance to give yourself the maximum possible healing and chance of having a positive and enjoyable life, you have signed to your condition and don't blame anyone. Here's the chance for you, you only have to take it. 

 

 

Veg is not the same as raw vegan. Raw vegan will help you quit any other bad habit as well as with generally all of your problems you ever had. It is just a decision you take today to make you healthy tomorrow. All you need to do is eat plenty of fresh ripe fruit and leafy greens. The body handles the rest. If you eat enough ripe fruit in the morning, say as many bananas as you can, your health will improve. It only takes you saying  .y.e. s.  to a different life.

 

  • or you think it's too hard:

Nothing is too hard that helps you reclaiming your energy and your life. You can view this as an adventure best, but one that's definitely worth it and where you cannot lose.
